Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

This Terms and Conditions agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between 7star Numismatics ("Company") and the individual who registers as a user ("User") on the website www.7starnumismatics.com ("Site"). The Agreement becomes effective upon the User’s electronic acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms stated herein.

2. Purpose and Scope

This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding participation in auctions and purchasing products through the Site. All auction rules, terms of use, and other guidelines presented by the Company on the Site constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

- The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to promptly update any changes.
- The User confirms being over 18 years of age and possessing the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- Participation is strictly limited to individuals. Legal entities or commercial sellers may not participate unless specifically permitted by law.
- The User is responsible for using only one account and may not create additional accounts after suspension or termination.
- The User is accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Site communication tools (e.g., forums or messages) must be used only for lawful purposes.
- The Company reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
- The User may not transfer rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party.
- Violation of terms may result in account suspension or termination, with the Company reserving the right to claim damages.

4. Payment and Delivery

- Users must pay the full auctioned product price using approved methods.
- Products will be shipped within 2 business days after full payment to the contact details provided by the User.

5. Intellectual Property

- All content and rights associated with the Site belong to the Company.
- Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or claim ownership of any content.
- Use of the Company’s name, trademarks, or visual identity is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Termination

- This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with 7 days' prior written notice.
- Either party may terminate immediately in case of material breach.
- The Company may suspend or terminate accounts inactive for 3 months.
- Upon termination, any rights or obligations incurred prior to the termination date remain enforceable.

7. Miscellaneous

- If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force.
- The Agreement includes all related appendices. In case of conflict, appendix terms prevail.
- Official communication will be conducted via the registered email address.
- Legal jurisdiction shall be the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Şanlıurfa, Türkiye.
