As 7star Numismatics – Yedi Yıldız Domestic and Foreign Trade Limited Company, we act as the data controller under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Your personal data, obtained through your use of our services or during membership registration, is processed and protected in compliance with applicable laws and is never shared, sold, or transferred without legal basis.

B. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Managing membership and service transactions
- Executing product and auction-related processes
- Managing after-sales services and support
- Ensuring data accuracy and continuity
- Maintaining legal, technical, and commercial security
- Fulfilling obligations towards public institutions, courts, and legal authorities
- Conducting marketing and communication, if prior consent is obtained
- Maintaining accounting, HR, and IT records
- Monitoring service quality and compliance

C. Data Sharing

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, institutions, or organizations unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

D. Method and Legal Grounds for Data Collection

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically in accordance with relevant legislation. Data is collected for the execution of services, fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations, and in compliance with the processing conditions outlined in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

E. Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK

As a data subject, you have the right to:

2. Request information about the processing,
3. Learn the purposes of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
4. Know third parties to whom data is transferred,
5. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
6. Request deletion or destruction of data when processing reasons no longer apply.

F. General Provisions and Commitments

- Information provided during registration is considered accurate.
- Contact and registration details are kept confidential and only used for communication, auction announcements, and invoicing.
- Any misuse, including registering with false identities or malicious intent, will be subject to legal action.
- Failure to pay for products won at auction will result in legal claims for damages and outstanding receivables.
